Schematic Design / Costs

This schematic drawing was unanimously approved by the Village Board on 4/12/24. The schematic design and accompanying 3D renderings are a basic idea of what the potential future Fox Point Municipal Pool Facility could include. Design specifics will be decided during the ‘design phase’ when 1/2 to 2/3 of the targeted private funding has been raised.
